Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Front-end Web Developer who will be responsible for building and testing responsive websites. Your primary focus is to translate the UI/UX design into functional code.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient understanding of semantic HTML5
• Proficient understanding of client-side JavaScript and JSON and knowledgeable in some JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Vue, React, jQuery, Angular)
• Proficient understanding of CSS3 and knowledgeable in at least one of the popular CSS methodologies (e.g. OOCSS, BEM, SMACSS, ITCSS etc)
• Good knowledge of server-side CSS preprocessors and task/build runner for development, such as SCSS and Gulp
• Experience in WordPress development is a plus
• Understanding of how to adapt and optimize websites for seamless visits on any device and any browser
• Good understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git and Subversion

Your responsibilities would include

• Estimate tasks and projects together with team members
• Plan and structure code and modules together with team members
• Develop and implement reusable and solid front-end code
• Identify and fix performance and maintenance issues
• Collaborate with team members to get the projects/tasks done
